Their Profile and Products/Services can be linked by means of a Unique Website Shortcut Name that can be used to direct Customers directly to their Profile and Products/Services. 14. How do I Add or Edit information on my Company Profile? This feature is only avaialble to FULL Subscribers. One of the features (amongst others) available to you as a FULL Subscriber is to be able to upload and manage your "Profile". (FULL Supplier Subscribers can do the same with both their "Profile" & "Products"). 1. LOGIN using your Username & Password. 2. Click on "Edit Profile" (either on link in left frame or on button at the bottom of your Profile). 3. Make the necessary changes in the relevant fields. 4. Click on "Save Changes" button at bottom of page. 5. LOGOUT - Your Add or Edit information is now complete.

15. Am I able to check how many hits I have on My Profile &/or My Products? This feature is only avaialble to FULL Subscribers. One of the features (amongst others) available to you as a FULL Subscriber is to be able to check and manage your "Profile Hits". FULL Supplier Subscribers can view their "Products Hits" as well. 1. LOGIN using your Username & Password. 2. Click on "Profile Hits". (You will find this link in the left frame under "My Profile"). 3. You can then view your "Profile Hits" since start date and "Reset Counter" whenever you choose to. 4. FULL Suppliers can view "Product Hits" by clicking on "Product Hits" in the left frame under "My Products".

16. How do I add/delete an Image to/from my Company Profile? This feature is only avaialble to FULL Subscribers. One of the features (amongst others) available to you as a FULL Subscriber is to be able to upload and manage your "Profile". (FULL Supplier Subscribers can do the same with both their "Profile" & "Products"). You can add Any Related Images in YOUR COMPANY PROFILE anywhere in the 3 various text boxes available to you i.e. "Brief Description of Company", "Detailed Company Information" or "Previous Projects/References/General". 1. LOGIN using your Username & Password. 2. Click on "Edit Profile" either in the Left Menu or at the bottom of your Profile View page. TO ADD: 3. Click on small yellow folder button at "Click Here To Manage Your Image Gallery" at "Image Gallery" at bottom of Edit Profile page. 4. Click on "Upload" button (blue sphere with green up arrow). 5. Click on "Browse" button. 6. Browse your computer for relevant Image file. 7. Click on this file and then click "Open" button. 8. Click on "Upload File" button (blue stiffy disk). 9. Image Gallery will close. 10. Repeat steps 3 to 9 until all required Images are uploaded. 11. Depending in which Text Box you would like to add an Image i.e. "Brief Description of Company:" or "Detailed Company Information:" or "Previous Projects/References:", place your cursor in the position where you would like to add an Image then click on the "Insert Image From Gallery" button (bottom row last right on the menu/toolbar of the relevant Text Box that you are in). Remember you can "Left/Right/Centre Justify" (align) your image. 12. From the Image Gallery click on the image you would like to add. 13. In the Image Gallery the Image selected will show in the "Preview" pane together with "Original Size". NB - The maximum total quantity Images is 10 in JPEG/GIF format, file size not to exceed 75kb/Image with an optimum pixel size/Image of max400w x max400h (Optional). NOTE: IF YOU REQUIRE ASSITANCE WITH OPTIMIZING YOUR IMAGES AND/OR ADDING IMAGES IN YOUR PROFILE PLEASE FORWARD THE RELEVANT IMAGES TO US WITH YOUR INSTRUCTIONS AND WE WILL GLADLY ASSIST YOU AT NO COST. 14. Your image size can also be customised by using either the "Custom Size" or "Percentage" tools. 15. Click "Insert" button. TO DELETE: 16. To delete an Image from your Profile, click on the Image in the relevant Text Box and hit the "Delete" key.

17. I have recently Registered and my Company Profile is not listed in any of the Categories? Once Registered your Registration Details goes into Pending state until Admin has screened your information and approved it. Once approved it moves into Registered state enabling your listing in the relevant Category/ies.

18. How are the Top 10 Products determined? The Top 10 Products are determined by how many times an item is clicked-on and the details thereof viewed, within a 5-day cycle.

19. How do I add a Logo to my profile? To upload your Logo please follow these simple steps: LOGIN using your Username & Password. Click on "Edit Profile" on the left side menu. On "Change Your Company Logo Here:" Click Browse to upload your Logo which should be optimised to Jpeg 160x160. Click on "Load New Logo" button. If you require assistance with sizing & optimizing Your Logo Image, or with using this feature, forward what you have to us or contact us and we will gladly assist you at no cost.

20. How do I upload my products? Check List of Information required from you to CREATE YOUR PRODUCT CATALOGUE: Product Name (Required). Product/Model Ref no (Optional). Category (Required) Select from list as per Registration e.g. Furniture & Casegoods. Subcategory (Required) Select from list or add your own e.g. Chairs - Dining. Good Quality Product Image in JPEG/GIF format, file size not to exceed 75kb with an optimum pixel size of max500w x max500h (Required). NOTE: If you require assistance with sizing & optimizing Your Product Image, or with using this fature, forward what you have to us or contact us and we will gladly assist you at no cost. Overall Sizes & Options in mm including Weight in kg (Optional). Application (Required) Select from "Indoor", "Outdoor" & "Indoor & Outdoor". Country (Required) Default as per Registration. Region/Province (Required) Default as per Registration. Town/City (Required) Default as per Registration. Currency (Required) Default as per Registration. Unit Measure (Required) Select from list. Pricing: Select "Pricing By Request Only" if you do not want to list any Prices. Alternatively you can list: Pricing/Unit (Required). Sliding Scale Of Prices based on quantities (Optional).
